Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to the Sales Manager and manage a highperforming sales administration team_
  • Underwrite all deals and ensure completeness and accuracy of paperwork.
  • Maintain sales through monitoring, evaluating, and approving incoming paperwork after acceptance and ensure alignment in ERP system.
  • Lead all listings and amendments in conjunction with the sales manager.
  • Work in conjunction with the sales manager to develop training and development plans for team members.
  • Participate in semiannual reviews of sales policies, procedures, and related documents and discuss recommendations with the sales manager.
  • Assist the sales manager with customer relations as necessary.
  • Support the sales manager by assisting in the preparation of weekly sales meetings.
  • Support the sales manager in maintaining the customer loyalty process through receiving and reviewing sales meeting agendas.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:


  • Experience in new home sales is an asset.
  • Experience using Newstar ERP system is an asset.
  • Driven, focused, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Ambitious and approachable.
  • Ability to work with various personalities and hold others accountable for results.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customerfocused and strong communication skills
  • Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel)
