The role of Purchasing Coordinator is a critical part of the Procurement function, providing support across the team.

The role will be responsible for undertaking all types of purchasing activities, including source to pay functions, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve the value of operational procurement.

You will support driving best value from the Supplier base across various spend category areas.

The role is aligned to all areas of the business and categories including interaction with all levels of Altus associates.- Process RFI, RFQ, RFP & evaluate responses to identify best product & price at the right time.- Participate in negotiating contracts and leverage the opportunity for cost reduction.- Trigger Contracts & Agreement for renewal of products and services to perform timely renewals.- Reviews monthly open PO reports to action for closing.

Follow-up with the vendor to expedite outstanding orders, closing POs that have been received and paid. Maintain up to date records and documents in the information systems on orders and services.- Partner with other team members on operational processes, weekly calls, and objectives- Build strong internal & external relationships with key stakeholders & Suppliers.

- Support Senior Manager with one off project and/or Procurement efficiencies as and when required
