The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility ensuring high standards of performance quality and safety. A strong background in both manufacturing processes and financial management is required along with proven leadership managerial experience hands-on approach to problem-solving excellent communication skills down-to-earth leadership style teamwork collaboration prioritization organizational skills adaptability ability to make decisions work effectively under pressure integrity honesty reliability accountability dependability initiative proactive approach embracing continuous improvement
