The role will have a meaningful impact on the trajectory of Stalwart Insurance Group.

Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

  • Budgeting/modelling inflows and outflows for ultra-high-net-worth ("
    UHNW") and high-net-worth ("
    HNW") client files
  • Estimating potential UHNW and HNW client borrowing needs based on their circumstances and the insurance solution selected
  • Outlining anticipated project costs over the future time periods for Stalwart's initiatives
  • Accurately allocating costs between the business partners on Stalwart's transactions
  • Formulating Stalwart's overall financial business model
  • Managing Stalwart's treasury/surplus cash balances.
  • Managing Stalwart's capital budgeting based on client file estimates and Stalwart's initiatives.
  • Proposing and implementing changes to increase Stalwart's efficiency and its processes
  • Working closely with the business partners to stay up to date on all new transactions and initiatives

Required Skills or Experience

  • 5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including managerial experience
  • Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
