The role will have a meaningful impact on the trajectory of Stalwart Insurance Group.

Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

Budgeting/modelling inflows and outflows for ultra-high-net-worth ("
UHNW") and high-net-worth ("
HNW") client files
Estimating potential UHNW and HNW client borrowing needs based on their circumstances and the insurance solution selected
Outlining anticipated project costs over the future time periods for Stalwart's initiatives
Accurately allocating costs between the business partners on Stalwart's transactions
Formulating Stalwart's overall financial business model
Managing Stalwart's treasury/surplus cash balances.
Managing Stalwart's capital budgeting based on client file estimates and Stalwart's initiatives.
Proposing and implementing changes to increase Stalwart's efficiency and its processes
Working closely with the business partners to stay up to date on all new transactions and initiatives

Required Skills or Experience

5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including managerial experience
Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) preferred
Knowledge of and experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and modelling skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
