    The West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation (WPSHCF) is the charitable arm of the hospital in Parry Sound, Ontario. Their mission is to inspire donors to help fund the service and equipment needs of the West Parry Sound Health Centre (WPSHC). With close to 700 employees, the WPSHC is the largest employer in the area. The health centre serves a population that fluctuates from over 45,000 upwards to 121,000 during the peak summer season in the Parry Sound area. WPSHC is an ultra-modern rural teaching hospital affiliated with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and Canadore College. Working together with health care professionals, patients, community, and government, the WPSHCF's goal is to continually raise funds to support the on-going medical needs of the people who choose to live and cottage in Parry Sound and the surrounding communities.

    The West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its dedicated team in advancing healthcare within the community. This pivotal role involves spearheading strategic initiatives, driving significant fundraising endeavours, and collaborating with stakeholders to elevate healthcare services. The CEO will use their proven leadership skills to uphold the Foundation's mission, cultivate important community partnerships, and champion impactful projects for the residents' well-being. This opportunity welcomes individuals passionate about effecting substantial change in healthcare and equipped with exceptional leadership and relationship management capabilities to lead transformative growth for the Foundation. In this role,the incoming CEO will make a substantial impact and leave a lasting legacy that will have long-term benefits for local residents.
