Responsibilities

  • Various interior or exterior construction related tasks at any point in construction process, including: Demolition & Cleanup; Concrete Work; Framing; Insulation & Drywall; Painting & Staining; Tile & Flooring; Trim & Doors; Exterior Finishes (windows, siding, roofing, soffit, fascia, eaves).
  • General labour
  • Basic understanding ONLY of plumbing, electrical, heating.
  • Work with team to accomplish daily project goals

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 23 years experience in residential construction
  • Full G license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Steel toe boots/shoes
  • Can lift over 50lbs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$24.00-$30.00 per hour
