Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
  • Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Manage regular reporting and tracking, and report metrics appropriately
  • Work as a team player as required and be willing to as a management assistant for multiple jobs

Required Skills:


  • Experience working in online marketing experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and management skills is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a timely fashion
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet aggressive deadlines qualification
  • Chinese Language is a plus
