- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Process payments for customers' transactions through the cash register
- Ensure all misplaced products, processed customer returns, and other items in the front-end are returned to their appropriate location within the store
- Execute activities related to store merchandising initiatives to offer customers additional products and services (e.g., special sale items)
- Ensure all items intended for purchase are identified and properly scanned
- Assist customers as required with bagging of purchased items, product location and selection
- Perform additional duties as required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Practical working knowledge of daily retail operations
- ProServe is considered an asset
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Availably to work on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Some heavy lifting may be required, up to 50lbs
