Description

Hours are generally 11am to 3 pm. There are the occasional shifts that start at 9 am.

While cleaning the wage will be $16/hr. For other duties, the pay will be $17/hr with room for movement as our company grows.

We currently clean for short term rentals (Airbnbs), weekly cleans for houses, and specific household cleans (for example a deep kitchen clean).

Duties and responsibilities include driving to job sites, cleaning independently or with a coworker, and follows direction specific to each short term rental/household clean.

Qualifications and requirements:
Criminal Record check is required at the expense of the employee. Must have a vehicle and must drive to each short term rental/household. Cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Other assets:

Punctual, reliable, attention to detail, communicates well with the employer and clients, hardworking, dedicated, eager to grow and learn, and excited to be a part of a team.

We pride ourselves on quality and showing up. Good communication is essential with employer. Photos are required to be taken at Airbnbs to show before and after. Attention must be paid if anything has been damaged as well as for levels of stock provide to guests. You may be required to do laundry, especially at Airbnbs. Beds need to be stripped and made as part of the cleaning process. Must be technologically adept to use multiple apps, excel, and word. Must be proficient with grammar for communication with clients and social media.
