We are looking for a retail merchandising associate to join us in this exciting phase of our development. We provide flexible working arrangements and competitive pay at $18.50 per hour.

About this role

Our Retail Merchandising Associates are key to our business. You will travel throughout the assigned territory and provide merchandising services and face-to-face contact with our host stores. You will be working for a Brand Manager, who will provide you with coaching, communications, and ongoing support.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
-
putting out deliveries of new stock
-
maintaining store and brand standards
-
setting up promotional activities and markdowns
-
working collaboratively with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

  • This will be a 1721 hr per week base hour contract, with availability to work additional hours as the needs of the business require._
You will be required to travel to the below places:

  • Hudson's Bay Mapleview
  • Hudson's Bay Burlington Mall
  • Hudson's Bay Limeridge (Hamilton)
  • Hudson's Bay Erin Mills
  • Hudson's Bay Oakville

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a customerfacing, retail setting, fashion brands are a plus. Customerfocused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Confident with mobile app use, adaptable to modern technologies, and access to a device; Android 8.1 or later or iOS 13.2 or later.
  • Required to travel to various locations within your zone, therefore a full, valid driving licence as well as access to your own vehicle is essential.
  • Available work 1721 core hours per week, plus up to 4 hours additional flex time.
  • We offer flexibility to complete contractual hours within our host's operating hours so both morning and evening availabilities are eligible for this role.
