Work Condition:
Monday to Friday between 10:00 to 19:00pm, 30 to 40 hours per week;

Mili Express Inc, a Vancouver-based logistics company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Dispatcher Supervisor.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the dispatch operations and coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal staff
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Resolve issues and complaints from customers and drivers
• Train and supervise dispatchers
• Manage schedules and shift rotations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience;
• Ability to supervise shippers and receivers as well as transportation route and crew schedules;
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Ability to coordinate, work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment;
• Familiarity with logistics software and dispatch systems;
• Able to lift up to 23 kg (50lbs);
• Ability to work flexible hours between working hours Monday to Friday;

We offer an hourly wage of $29 CAD and 30 to 40 hours per week.
