EBus is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our Kelowna Ticket Office. Open availability (including weekends) is required. Shifts vary with the earliest start time being 7:45 am and the latest end time being 8:00 pm.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Quote fares and rates; make, confirm, change and cancel reservations
  • Assist customers in planning travel times and routes
  • Process payments; handle cash
  • Assist passengers with our online booking process
  • Greet passengers during check in process; assist with inquiries and luggage storage
  • Safely embark and disembark coaches
  • Provide information on company policies
  • Perform a variety of office and coach cleaning duties including vacuuming, cleaning lavatory, sanitizing, cleaning windows, emptying garbage

Desired Qualifications:


  • Previous customer service experience
  • Cleaning experience considered an asset
  • Numeracy
  • Oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Superior problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to search for and retrieve information
  • Ability to retain large amounts of changing information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
  • Friendly, serviceoriented personality

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
