**_Cleaning Responsibilities
- *

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of carpeted or tiled common areas
Thorough cleaning of all appliances, floors, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, and balconies
General maintenance of common areas (lobbies, elevators, hallways, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, recreation rooms)
Maintenance and cleaning of garbage chutes, garbage rooms (walls, floors), recycling rooms
Cleaning of elevators
Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials
Turnover preparation
Removal of garbage items and old/broke appliances
General maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops (where applicable)
Yard work of property
Reporting any serious deficiencies about curb appeal or hazards to residents to the Resident Managers
Other duties as assigned

_Skills and Experience Required_

Cleaning experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills to deal with residents, colleagues and trades
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
Must be able to lift and push heavy objects, including garbage bins, furniture and appliances or perform snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
Bilingual in English and French
