We are currentlyseeking a Tax & Treasury Manager to join our team. Thesuccessful candidate will possess a strong background in finance,exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicatecomplex financial information to various stakeholders.

Mainresponsibilities:

• Cash management,cash forecast, maintain appropriate cash flow
• Maintain banking relationships
• Intercompany entries, transfers andreconciliations
• Oversee monthly sales taxfiling requirements and remittances
• Follow upon tax audit requests as required by the government
• Balance Sheet reconciliations for bank accounts,intercompany and sales tax accounts
• Foreignexchange adjustments
• Month end accruals andclosing entries
• Support month-end closing andthe preparation of monthly financial reports
• Ensure financial policies and procedures are enforced andinform the Senior Management of any areas of concern
• Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of internalcontrols over financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting or Finance (required); MBA(preferred)
• CPA designation
• Prior experience on tax legislations and internalcontrols is a plus
• 7+ years' experience infinancial reporting in a public company environment, with at least3+ years in a managerial capacity
• Excellentleadership, communication, and organizational skills
