The key responsibilities of the Room Attendant position include but are not limited to: 1. Ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging all guests.


  • Load cart with supplies such as linens and move into the required area.
  • Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant. 4. Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
  • Make beds, Provide clean linens and terry for dirty ones and ensure bathrooms are clean. Provide clean towels and toiletries.
  • Take away, room service items, dirty linen, and trash.
  • Review appliances and fixtures in all rooms to make sure they are in good working condition and clean, sanitize and polish them.
  • Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.
  • Dust furnishings, draperies and walls as well wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Carry out floor care duties.
  • Sweep, mop, and wash the floors of rooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, offices, conference rooms, and meeting rooms, vacuum carpeting and rug areas.
  • Clean and disinfect public areas such as bathrooms, elevators, furniture in the lobby.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and company procedures and policies.
  • Provide an immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problems, or accidents to the supervisor.
  • Complete training and certification programs in safety.
  • Keep uniform clean and make sure to appear professional always.
  • Keep proprietary information confidential.
  • Attend immediately to request from guests for extra supplies, as well as from others departments.
  • Expect the service needs of guests and provide them even before called upon to do so.
  • Report and store lost and found items.
  • Assist guests with disabilities.
  • Provide help to guests as well as handle complaints.
  • Genuinely appreciate and thank guests for their visit.
  • Provide support to the team to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain quality standards and expectations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:
