We are seeking a marketing specialist for our client who is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, they are proud to be recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the internal marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be developing and executing the marketing strategy for the company.

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and agile individual who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.

You should be passionate about both B2B and B2C marketing and possess an advanced understanding of brand management.


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the development of the strategic marketing plan.
  • Strategize and execute marketing tactics for customer groups, product lines, and brand story.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to drive marketing activities.
  • Monitor competition and stay updated on their strategies.
  • Execute brandrelated projects, oversee CRM activities, and manage website content.
  • Plan and implement branding tactics, such as showrooms, tradeshows, signage, and collateral.
  • Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and thirdparty providers.
  • Support sales team through improved marketing processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by being proactive and responsive.

  • Flexibility to accommodate business requirements.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of marketing experience with an Undergraduate degree
  • Experience with CRM systems and CMS (e.g. WordPress, Web Flow, Salesforce)
  • Experience in B2B Branding is preferred.
  • Event coordination experience is an asset.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
