ABOUT US
DiFranco Security Services is looking for dedicated and professional Security Guards to join our team. We are currently hiring for Full Time and Part Time positions.

We provide a sign on bonus of $500.00 for those who meet the following requirements:

Full Time Availability
:

Must work Days, Evenings, Overnights, Holidays and Weekends is required as we operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
Valid First Aid/CPR.
Valid Security license.

The signing bonus will be issued in two parts, the first half ($250) will be issued at the end of 6 months of employment, the second half ($250) will be issued at the end of the 1 year of employment

In order to receive the full signing bonus, the full-time employee must remain in good standing with the company for the duration of the year._

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

Completing daily logs, written reports, and time sheets as necessary.
Responsible for responding to incidents.
Responsible for regular patrols of client sites.
Maintaining positive, professional working relationships with residents and visitors.
Providing access control to client properties.
Ensuring the privacy of client information.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Must have full availability as we are a 24/7 operating 365 days a year.
Posses the ability to remain alert and aware of their personal surroundings.
Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to handle a fast paced work environment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience report writing/memo book logging.
Willingness to travel to worksites.
Own Vehicle to get to and from Sites.
Demonstrates a high level of honesty, integrity, and can present themselves professionally.

Salary:

$16.00-$17.00 per hour
