- Roles & Responsibilities: _
- Responsible for liaising between outside sales, dealers and internal departments to provide efficient processing of all door/parts sales orders
- Communicates to inside sales on any late orders Supports the continuous improvement, maintenance and deployment of the Sales process from the Quote Stage to Order Acknowledgement including door/accessory quotes, order entry, freight quotes, drawings, POs, database maintenance, etc.
- Qualifications: _
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post secondary education in related field an asset Previous sales and/or customer service experience required
- Knowledge of the highperformance door industry an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to resolve problems & communicate effectively to customers
- Well organized, proactive and positive approach in the work place
- Ability to multitask & meet deadline with mínimal supervision & flexibility Proficiency with MS Office Programs (IE. Outlook, Excel, Word)
