Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position located at our dealership.
Duties:
- Perform automotive repairs and restoration on vehicles
- Repair and replace damaged body parts, panels, and frames
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs
- Conduct inspections to assess the extent of damage and develop repair plans
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
