What you'll be doing

  • At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. _You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 13 days per week onsite, while other days will be remote._


How you'll succeed- Facilitating ongoing planning rhythms and ensure continuous alignment of Digital Projects across the agile teams - Working closely with the Scrum masters, Strategy, PO's and PM's to make sure all programs are assigned and the Product Owners are ready and supported.

Hosting and manage calibration sessions and Play back sessions reporting on the results of the planning exercises.- Reviewing work coming into the Digital Portfolio - Supporting with the delivery resource leads to ensure an accurate view of the team capacity.

Producing regular reports to leadership to help draw awareness around resource gaps, capacity demands and team velocity.- Leading all "Front Door" responsibilities managing the Intake flow and aligning with Strategy on proper responses - Working with the Digital Tech HLE (High level Estimates) team to ensure SLA's are being meet High level estimates are reaching our partners in a timely manner.- Being a change champion and supporting our change management - continuous improvement exercises to ensure teams across Digital Business and Digital Tech feel supported.- Strategic Thinking Approach - Take a holistic view to all tasks Work closely with your Digital and Tech Partners to drive efficiencies in our Agile process.

Ensure you have the long term view in mind as you help to drive change and mature CIBC's Agile practice.

Work closely with your team members and leader to ensure you continuously evolve your team practices and approach supporting the Agile Pods.- Team Player and Leadership - Act both collaboratively and autonomously.

You will contribute to the creation of the Digital Agile culture, Digital delivery operating model and solutioning for assigned portfolios.

You will work with your peers in the Digital Product delivery leadership team and partners from across the enterprise to ensure we are operating with world-class delivery efficiency, and driving Agile, lean and collaborative practices.- Business Acumen and Relationship Building - Forge strong relationships with CIBC's various teams, by working with the business and internal partners.

You are a great communicator, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis, findings and recommendations, then package key messages for senior executives.

You have a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization and you're a self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and develop processes and governance from the ground up.
