Scheduling Coordinator - Concord, Canada - Eco Choice Windows & Doors
Description
An award-winning windows and doors replacement company in Vaughan is looking to expand its scheduling team by filling a key role within the organization as a Scheduling Coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments with potential customers.
- Sending out reminders of scheduled meetings.
- Communicate with the sales team on daily bases to coordinate availability.
- Enter customer's info into CRM system.
- Performing other administrative tasks when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous scheduling experience in the home improvement industry would be preferred.
- High attention to detail is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational, listening, and interpersonal skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Experience:
- Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
