An award-winning windows and doors replacement company in Vaughan is looking to expand its scheduling team by filling a key role within the organization as a Scheduling Coordinator.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments with potential customers.
  • Sending out reminders of scheduled meetings.
  • Communicate with the sales team on daily bases to coordinate availability.
  • Enter customer's info into CRM system.
  • Performing other administrative tasks when required.

Required Qualifications:


  • Previous scheduling experience in the home improvement industry would be preferred.
  • High attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, listening, and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:


  • Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
