_Villa Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry_ has been designing, manufacturing and installing kitchens, vanities and other residential millwork since the 80's.

Create detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD/Cabinet Vision
Good grasp of imperial and metric measurements a strong asset
Prepare accurate and precise shop drawings for production, provide bills of materials, door lists etc.
Communicate effectively with coworkers on shop floor and designers on all details of the project including missing information to ensure all parts ordered are parts required to complete the project
Understanding the project requirements and collaborating with different coworkers to produce the drawings more efficiently ensuring the accuracy of information prior to production submission
Carpentry/ Cabinet Making Experience is considered a strong asset
Good understanding of different product builds, dowels, dados, etc.
Good understanding of hardware
Problem and technical solver
Self driven and ability to work independently
Some shop/machining experience is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in custom cabinet and millwork or furniture design industry
Very proficient in working with AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision software experience considered a huge asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills to meet deadliness
Detail oriented individual with organizational skills
A Selfstarter, team player who is accountable and reliable
