Job descriptionWestshore public accounting office is looking for an experienced administrative assistant.
We are a busy office looking to add a team member to our growing practice. Compensation will be commensurate with abilities. Employee benefits package as well.
Prior experience is required for this position.

Duties:
- Provide reception support; receive and screen visitors and calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Maintain administrative filing system including items that are confidential
- Foster and maintain excellent customer/client relations
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Manage workflow and adhere to deadlines
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working in administrative role
- Ability to foster and maintain excellent customer/client relations
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
