- We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.
- This position is 100% remote
- Act as a business partner for stores, the different business units affecting the appliance process. Be aware of their challenges and performance and meet their needs;
- Prepare and send the pre-inventory follow-ups, according to the established schedule;
- Perform pre-inventory and post-inventory analyses, and take the necessary corrective measures to resolve discrepancies, while working with the different departments involved;
- Participate in various special projects and analysis requests in order to optimize the appliance management process;
- Support the reconciliation team by carrying out administrative tasks: payment of invoices, follow-ups with the external service provider;
- Continuously improve work tools to increase work efficiency;
- Support the National Physical Inventory Manager.
- College or university degree;
- 3 years of experience in a support position;
- Experience in retail business an asset;
- Autonomous, motivated, focused on delivering work of high quality;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong skills for interpersonal relations, teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to prioritize requests and work under pressure, in a fast growing and changing environment;
- Knowledge of Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of MMS and SODA an asset;
