This role is crucial to our operations, as it directly impacts the quality of our services and the experiences of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review, scrutinize, and validate a large volume of immigration-related documents.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies, discrepancies, and potential issues in the documents.
- Verify all data against supporting documents and immigration regulations to ensure complete accuracy.
- Liaise with other team members, immigration professionals, and clients for any necessary clarifications or corrections.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to the company's privacy policy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our document review process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in law, business, immigration studies, or related fields. Previous experience in immigration document review or a similar field will be highly considered.
- Proven ability to maintain focus and deliver high-quality results in tasks requiring extensive review and attention to detail.
- Excellent reading comprehension and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, additional languages will be a plus.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Canada's immigration programs and business processes will be an asset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with document management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Comfortable dealing with complex legal and business documents.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Capacity to handle repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality and precision.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
