Job summary
We need a senior designer who can consistently produce world-class, conversion-driven web design at speed, and plug into an on-demand contract basis delivery pipeline.This is not a make it pretty role. If you're the type who thinks awards matter more than signups, this will be painful for both of us.
- Design conversionfocused SaaS/AI websites (landing pages, marketing pages, homepage systems, product pages)
- Turn strategy + positioning inputs into highperforming UI/UX
- Create wireframes + highfidelity designs (usually in Figma)
- D deliver design systems that developers can implement cleanly (components, styles, responsive states)
