BILINGUAL FACILITIES & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

As a Facilities & Logistics Coordinator you will offer support in managing all infrastructures, capital projects, real estate, and maintenance of equipment of the company.

You will work in a team environment to manage, repair, maintain and expand our facilities and equipment.

Your tasks at a glance

  • You prepare quote requests for new building projects and renovations.
  • You coordinate construction and renovation projects with General Contractors and Architects.
  • You coordinate freight delivery of materials and equipment nationally to facilitate these projects.
  • You proceed to final inspections and corrections, ensuring proper documentation is submitted to landlords and government offices.
  • You manage technicians, both inhouse and contracted, for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • You prepare cost/benefit analysis for special projects.
  • You monitor key performance indicators.

  • You have strong project management skills.
  • You have an educational background or previous working experience in project management.
  • You can work with tight deadlines and in a fastpaced work environment.
  • You are detailoriented with strong organization skills.
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Your bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or related field of study is considered a strong asset.
  • Your knowledge or experience with lasers, computers, electronics, construction, real estate management, medical facilities are considered an asset.
