Call center agent for our BMW MINI Laval dealership.

Your day to day:


  • Receiving incoming calls, as well as calls from clients to schedule service appointments
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Data entry
  • Conducting followup calls for the Service and Sales department

Your talents:


  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • 1 year experience working in a call center
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Available day and evening
  • Experience in the automotive field is an assetINCC
