Position Overview:

As we ambitiously expand across Canada and venture into the US market, we're opening a new field for us - Carpet Cleaning.

To spearhead this exciting phase, we're searching for a passionate and skilled Team Lead in Carpet Cleaning to join our Calgary-based team.

Responsibilities:

• You'll have the unique opportunity to shape and develop your team. As a leader, your pivotal role includes recruiting and nurturing talented professionals, empowering them to excel and contribute to our commitment to outstanding service.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to highquality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct team training sessions and manage technician meetings in line with company policies.
• Perform daily Carpet Cleaning services for customers.
• Input service information accurately into the company's software system.
• Foster a friendly and productive team environment through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Calgary residency.
• Driving Licence (required).
• Passion for achieving exceptional results and eagerness to learn.

Have previous experience in Сarpet Сleaning (truck mount machines or portable units). Previous supervisory experience is a benefit.
