The Senior Credit/Capital Financing Manager independently manages the funding after closing, including funding monitoring and risk mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Funding Monitoring Review funding Closing Summary and send welcome letter to borrowers at funding handoff meeting post-closing Monitor compliance with credit policies covering risk management Participate in quarterly monitoring and loan loss reserve meetingsReview and recommend procedures to monitor and maintain collateral of secured loans Design forms processes and reports to enhance automate Portfolio Management function especially as it relates to database reporting Collect analyze quarterly financial reports project status updates from borrowers Perform annual reviews on each loan in the portfolio Make risk rating recommendationsMonitor payment of real estate taxes insurance escrows with assistance of Loan Administrator Maintain database fields related to required monitoring information due from borrowers loandi specifications payment status risk analysis Collect any required impact information on borrowers projects Interface with lead lenders or loan participants as appropriateWork cooperatively constructively with a wide variety of people Share responsibility for relationship management with Loan Officers create loyalty repeat businessSupport promote Loan Officers' ability to procure new loans from existing borrowers Build relationships with borrowers post-closing encourage them work partnerships Proactively induce borroivers deliver timely informaion when needed Meet many deadlines while managing a portfolio loans Resolve conflicts through negotiation effectively balancing borrower needs wiht miitigation Work effectively team environment actively participate joint problem solvingWillingly cooperate coworkers Maintain flexibility adaptability change Listen attentively others ask clarifying questions gain better understanding other persons views Positively recognize accomplishments customers coworkers Come meetigs prepared honor work commitments meet deadlines Honor private confidential matters coworkers Communicate courteously effectively others deal issues directly respectful timely manner focus resolving issue without criticizing person
