Shift:

  • Day Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM (5x8)

General Description:


Production Workers are Westeck have the opportunity to take on a variety of different tasks as they progress into different stations within our plant.

Whether you are new to manufacturing or have years of experience, we have roles available for all levels of experience and provide support and training for all of our staff.


Productions Workers at Westeck are expected to:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required
  • Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies. Help ensure coworkers are working safely and following safety requirements
  • Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities
  • Follow and work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standardized work processes
  • Participate in defining and improving our standard of work to improve the quality of our windows for customers
  • Identify problems and communicate issues in a timely and respectful manner
  • Participate in and as required assist with training coworkers
  • Support a respectful workplace that is free from bullying and harassment
  • Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed
  • Assist and cover for other workers in different areas as needed

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:


  • Dependability/punctuality
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • A high school diploma is preferred
  • Basic reading and math skills are required
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds is preferred
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods
  • Possess communication, teamwork, problemsolving, and leadership skills
  • Detailoriented
