    SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

     Le courtier de l'équipe Service à la clientèle agit à titre de personne de confiance pour les assurés du cabinet. Il assure un suivi rigoureux et professionnel des dossiers existants, tout en offrant un service-conseil de qualité supérieure. Son rôle est d'entretenir la relation avec la clientèle actuelle en veillant à la satisfaction, à la fidélisation et au renouvellement des contrats d'assurance.

    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

    ·       Participer quotidiennement à la prise d'appels DAA;

    ·       Répondre efficacement aux demandes des clients existants (modifications de polices, ajouts, annulations, réclamations, etc.).

    ·       Conseiller les clients sur la couverture appropriée selon leurs besoins, en respectant les politiques du cabinet et les exigences réglementaires de l'AMF.

    ·       Gérer les renouvellements en assurant la mise à jour des informations et en proposant des solutions adaptées.

    ·       Effectuer la vérification et la validation des dossiers clients afin d'assurer la conformité et la précision des données.

    ·       Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client grâce à une approche proactive et empathique.

    ·       Collaborer avec les souscripteurs, partenaires et autres départements internes pour assurer le suivi des demandes complexes.

    ·       Se tenir informé des tendances du marché et des produits;

    ·       Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

    EXIGENCES DU POSTE

    ·       A.E.C. ou D.E.C. en assurance de dommages ou l'équivalent;

    ·       Permis de Courtier en assurance de dommages des particuliers (AMF);

    ·       Expérience antérieure en ventes et service à la clientèle un atout;

    ·       Maîtriser les principaux outils de bureautique (Suite Microsoft Office) et des logiciels en vigueur dans l'entreprise;

    ·       Connaissance des principaux systèmes des assureurs;

    ·       Capacité d'adaptation aux nouvelles technologies;

    ·       Orienté vers le service à la clientèle et l'atteinte des objectifs;

    ·       Excellentes capacités de vente, de négociation et de persuasion;

    ·       Bonne autonomie et capacité d'organisation;

    ·       Orienté vers la résolution de problèmes et la gestion des priorités;

    ·       Excellente capacité de communication en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;

    Maîtrise de l'anglais verbal et écrit est requis quotidiennement afin de répondre aux appels et aux courriels en provenance de clients, fournisseurs et partenaires anglophones.
