Job summary

The Assistant Manager will contribute to the overall success of the Middle Office by executing specific individual goals and plans in support of business strategies and objectives.

The role involves trade life cycle management and client service tasks.

Key responsibilities include operating independently within tight deadlines,
making quick decisions,
and learning about business issues without prior direct experience.

The ideal candidate will have post-graduate experience in capital markets finance banking process improvement business analysis solution implementation solid knowledge/experience in banking/capital markets operations knowledge of derivative products preferably TRS/IRS workflow excellent verbal written communication skills negotiation influence interaction professionally with Front Office Users QAs Developers SMEs demonstrated knowledge analytical problem solving process engineering techniques i.e. process mapping analysis techniques strong technical abilities including software engineering principles experience SQL VBA Access Excel sound understanding operational processes result oriented deadline driven self motivated.
