Video Editor for Premium Children's Sleepwear Brand — Performance Meta Ads

Job description
We are a premium children's sleepwear brand specializing in organic bamboo pajamas with hand-illustrated prints and family matching sets. We sell direct-to-consumer and through major national retailers.We're scaling our Meta advertising and need a video editor who knows how to make ads that actually convert — not just look pretty.
What We Need:
We're looking for a talented video editor to join us on an ongoing basis. We'll start with a paid test of 2 ads using assets we provide. If the work is strong and we're a good fit, this becomes a consistent monthly relationship as we scale.
The Role:
Edit 10-20 short-form video ads per month seconds)
Work with existing assets:
lifestyle footage, UGC videos, b-roll, product images
Create thumb-stopping hooks in the first 2-3 seconds
Understand pacing, text overlays, and music trends for Meta and TikTok
Deliver formats optimized for feed and stories (9:16 and 1:1)
You Are:
Obsessed with what actually drives conversions, not just aesthetics
Up to date on Meta and TikTok creative trends
Able to show examples of performance ads you've edited — with results if possible
Fast turnaround, reliable, communicative
Experience with premium lifestyle, baby, kids, or fashion brands is a strong plus
The Test Project:
2 video ads using assets we provide. Full brief included. Fixed price for the test — we'll discuss ongoing rate after.
