Your role as IT Specialist, Operations & Security
at Dialogue

Reporting to the
IT Team Lead, the mission of the
IT Operations & Security specialist is to build and maintain operational excellence in IT, Tech Support & Security.

What you'll be doing:

Owning operational processes such as multilevel support for IT services, Application technical support and cloud SaaS
Maintaining service level agreement targets and working with stakeholders to improve support and security activities
Managing and executing IT Projects delivery (M&A ,Integrations, Automations, Deployments, Compliance)
Leading and coaching team members to work efficiently and maintain a high quality of service

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

7+ years of experience in IT including experience in Security and Application support
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Endpoint Security System, MDM Solution, Cloud Infrastructure, Identity Platform, Git, Jira, MacOS. Previous scripting experience and knowledge of a programming language such as SQL is desirable.
Strong experience in incident management, request management and troubleshooting distributed systems
Good communication skills in French
