Total Tech Pools and Leisure has enjoyed continued growth since 1991, we are dedicated to providing quality service to all our customers.

Currently we are looking to expand our service team with Assistant Pool Service Technicians.

Pool Service Technicians are responsible for Openings, Closings, Repairs, Liner replacements, Safety Cover installations and Renovations, doing so in a quality, timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Opening and Closing the retail store
  • Scheduling staff
  • Booking service
  • Daily sales reports
  • Routing crews
  • Supervising and overseeing retail staff and service staff
  • Developing relationships with customers and maintaining our brand
  • Following up for the service crews when necessary
  • Ordering and maintaining stock of the sales floor and warehouses. (E.g. Chemicals, equipment parts, etc.)
  • Preparing quotes for products and services (E.g. Pool liners, pool covers, pool openings or closings etc.)

Job Requirements:


  • Experience with supervising staff and the retail sales environment
.Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent customer service is a must
  • Good team first attitude
  • Good decisionmaking skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • We are a seasonal business and can be very high paced during peak times. Being able to work in a busy environment is a must
  • Good multitasking skills. You can be doing administrative work one minute and helping customers the next
  • General skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Good people skills
  • Working Monday-Sunday during business hours (56 days a week)
  • Previous experience in the pool industry is an asset

Job Types:

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
