At our Richmond, BC facility, we design and manufacture technology that makes the world safer and more efficient. We're looking for an SMT Operator who enjoys working with precision equipment and wants to be part of a team that delivers mission‑critical products.

    What you'll do

    • Set up and operate SMT production equipment, including printers and pick‑and‑place machines
    • Load materials and prepare components for production
    • Inspect products visually and identify defects
    • Perform testing, review results, and pack finished products
    • Maintain tools, label printers, and routing machines
    • Organize and store raw materials like reels and PCBs
    • Collaborate with team members to solve issues and improve processes
    • Report quality concerns and suggest improvements

    What you need

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (required)
    • Ability to follow written instructions and learn new equipment (required)
    • Good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity with small tools (required)
    • Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities (required)
    • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (required)
    • Team‑oriented mindset and proactive communication (required)
    • Experience in electronics manufacturing (advantage)
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    Salary Range:

    $44,900.00-$59,800.00

    The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
