Description

• Roughin Low Voltage Wiring at Commercial and Residential sites
• Install CCTV cameras, Alarms, Network, Audio/Video Equipment and Smart Home Equipment.

• Service, install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and inspect security and low voltage systems. Troubleshoot or perform work on customer networks as required.
• Roughin wiring, cable termination, signal test, labeling.
• Use power tools, drills corded and cordless.
• Interact within company systems as required.
• Travel to customers locations as required.
• Interact with customers and internal employees in a professional manner.
• Maintain company provided service vehicle as required.
• Maintain and handle with care van parts inventory or other materials as required.
• Provide customer training as required and assist the sales team as required.

• High school diploma
• Commitment to upgrading and continuing their education

• Preferred Alarm/CCTV Installer or Data & Communications
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting devices
• Knowledge of building construction is an asset

• Must be self motivated and able to work independently
• Mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools
• English language written and verbal skills, telephone skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential
• The ability to meet deadlines and commitments and to adjust/adapt to new ideas and procedures is necessary

• Valid driver's license.
• Company vehicle provided for company use only (includes gas/maintenance)
