JOB DESCRIPTION:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Auto Rating; New Business and Renewal Policies in CNA's auto underwriting system
  • Renewal account setup
  • Covert policies from CNA's legacy auto system to CNA's new Auto system
  • Issue Mid term change endorsements
  • Triage Mid term requests and process those within authority
  • Verify Policy Premium and complete billing in internal financial systems
  • Uploading Applications, Policies and Correspondence to eFile
  • Updating Broker Record in Policy Systems
  • Policy Issuance Distribution and Manual Issuance of policies when required
  • Monthly Closing Activities
  • Monitoring Outlook Folder Incoming Request / Centralized Inboxes
  • Other duties as assigned
SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A University/College diploma and/or a minimum of 23 years Customer Service experience in an office environment is an asset.
  • Previous Underwriting support services experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (French is an asset)
  • Must possess a strong customer service focus and have an ability to resolve problems with customers
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment meeting specific deadlines, while demonstrating good time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills and other businessrelated software
  • Ability to work both independently within a team environment with mínimal supervision
