We are looking for an experienced

on-site position.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Managing a team to ensure deadlines are met with accuracy related to the functions within the group
  • Improve and manage the process and completion of dentists monthly fees
  • Improve and manage the process and completion of our dental practices bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for our dental practices accounts receivables review and escalation to operations team
  • Main point of contact in dealing with dentist fee queries
  • Responsible on completing of monthend tasks (revenues reconciliation and cash reconciliation) on time
  • Liaise with our respective departments and/or teams during new dental practices acquisitions

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA designation desirable, but not mandatory
  • 4+ years of experience working in an Accounting role

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer services skills and building relationships
  • Must be able to analyze and understand indepth financial information
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including prior experience in use of vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, filtering and organizing large volume of data
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team contributing to a positive and progressive work environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP would be beneficial
