Responsibilities

• Accurately issue motor licence transactions i.e. driver's licences, registrations, and permits.
• Verify customer information and ensure all necessary information and documents have been provided.
• Stay uptodate on motor licensing regulations and requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes. Other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Skilled at observing and remembering details.
