PAUL French Bakery Cafe and Restaurant is looking for Experienced Pastry Cooks
Pastry Cooks Reports to Pastry Chef directly, Require to work in Store or commissary.


Paul is an authentic real French pastry, bakery shop and restaurant with over 130 years of experience and over 800 stores worldwide.

Paul goal is to offer the highest quality of baked good in BC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as required):

  • We are accepting students that are currently or have recently graduated from pastry school.
  • Complete assigned daily prep items with high quality and fresh ingredients Create and design bread, cakes and viennoise under the direction of the Pastry Chef
  • Work closely with teammates to support the completion of daily cleaning tasks
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail with regards to product presentation and design
  • Maintain an organized and clean prep/work area Sample ingredients, mix, and finish products, ensuring standards, quality and created flavour profiles are met
  • Meet production schedules and timelines

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Baking/pastry work experience
  • Ability to multitask
- have an eye for detail

  • Organized and able to work under pressure in a very busy environment
  • English language communication skills
  • Flexible working hours

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
