Modern Engineering is a leading CNC Machine Shop doing custom parts for our customers. We are a well established company with a stable work environment.
We are looking for someone to work in our Production and Shipping Department as a Shipping/Production Assistant, this is a full time/permanent position.
Duties:
- Use Company vehicle to move parts and material between locations,
- Local deliveries of customer parts and drop parts off at vendors,
- Build pallets and crates for shipments,
- Help unload trucks and move material,
- Help and cover for Sawcutter when away,
- Other duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge is essential,
- Excellent communication skills and a team player,
- Can react well in stressful situations,
- Manufacturing knowledge/experience is an asset,
- Forklift Ticket is an asset,
- Driver's license is mandatory.

Wage:
Starts at $20 per hour (depending on experience)
