Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Dispatch Service Plumbers according to schedules and work orders
  • Scheduling 10+ Service Plumbers daily
  • Maintains a professional and pleasant phone manner when talking to customers and third parties.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Daily invoicing
  • Liaise with other departments for billing and payables.
  • Liaise with Suppliers for Work Orders
  • Order van stock for service team daily
  • Work with Suppliers for material orders/deliveries
  • Train new Service Plumbers on computer systems used in the department
  • Follow up with Customers on feedback surveys and overall customer experience
  • Followup on issues with work orders
  • Act as a back up for Reception
  • Adhoc projects related to the position/department

Qualifications:


  • 1+ year of experience as a Dispatcher
  • Plumbing and Mechanical knowledge is an asset
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem Solving skills required
  • Ability to diffuse escalations with outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Positive team working attitude
  • Professionalism
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Knowledge of Service Titan Software is an asset
  • Microsoft knowledge is an asset (Outlook, Word etc)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
