Overview of the Role

The Manager, Finance supervises the sales administration team to support the administrative and financial activities of the sales department and is responsible for the analysis of financial reports, ensure that the sales administrative processes are efficient, respect the controls in place to ensure accurate representation of financial information.

How you will make contributions that matter:

Manage the Sales Administration Department team
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Manage the provisions of customer rebate programs
Manage special agreement with our business partners
Act as a resource person and administrative support for the sales department
Work in collaboration with the various administrative departments to ensure the proper management of national accounts receivable
Participate in the preparation of annual budgets, reports and related analyses
Perform analysis on business opportunities
Perform other related duties

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

University degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field or equivalent experience
Recognized accounting designation (CPA) required
Personnel Management Experience
5-7 years of professional experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite
Knowledge of Micro Strategy (Bi) software an asset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy, organizational skills, analytical skills, self-motivation and initiative
Bilingualism (French and English); the Manager Finance will need to communicate and collaborate daily with his/her colleagues across Canada and the United States in English to accomplish his/her tasks (60% of the time)
