Job Responsibilities (Key Tasks)
- Manage schedule for Uncrate/Assembles for Sales
- Book service appointments (manage schedule)
- Check for recalls/updates/services due and confirm contact information is accurate
- Greet customers at service desk
- Keep customers updated on progress of service appointment
- Cash out at the end of the day
- Call customers due for service and book service appointments as necessary
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Follow up calls from service appointment
- Warranty calls leading up to warranty expiring
- Offer appointment/speak to F&I to add new warranty
Qualifications
- An enthusiast of and passionate about the Powersports industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Service Advisor experience considered an asset
- Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Hard working, selfmotivated and have excellent time management skills
- Committed to customers, anticipates customer needs
- Bilingual English and French (oral and written) an asset

- 8 hour shift
