Nous sommes spécialisés dans le domaine du HVAC, plomberie et électricité. Notre solution grandit et s'étendra au milieu de la construction bientôt. Notre solution est utilisée par des centaines d'organisations partout au Canada et soutient des secteurs comme la construction, le transport, la maintenance et les services. Avec ProgressionLIVE, nos clients optimisent leurs opérations, réduisent les erreurs et la paperasse, et augmentent la productivité des équipes, offrant une expérience client et employé plus agréable, fluide et efficace. Nous recrutons un/une vendeur(se) bilingue motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe et rencontrer de nouveaux clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospection active : identifier de nouvelles opportunités, contacter des entreprises cibles et développer un réseau solide à Montréal et en Outaouais.
    • Rencontres clients : démarcher et rencontrer proactivement des prospects pour comprendre leurs besoins et bâtir des relations de confiance avec des entreprises de services, de construction, de transport ou de gestion immobilière.
    • Démonstrations personnalisées : présenter la solution ProgressionLIVE de façon claire et convaincante, en mettant en valeur ses avantages concrets adaptés à chaque secteur.
    • Négociation & conclusion : transformer les opportunités en ventes réussies en démontrant la valeur de la solution.
    • Suivi et fidélisation : assurer une expérience client de qualité après la vente et générer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
    • Contribution à la stratégie : partager le feedback terrain avec les équipes marketing et produit pour améliorer nos approches et adapter l'offre.
    • Atteinte des objectifs : gérer le pipeline, tenir le CRM à jour et atteindre les cibles fixées.

    What we look for / Qualifications

    • Bilinguisme (français & anglais) : échange possible en personne, lors d'appels, courriels et présentations.
    • Expérience en vente B2B, idéalement en prospection terrain.
    • Autonomie, persévérance et excellente capacité de négociation.
    • Organisation et rigueur pour gérer plusieurs opportunités à la fois.
    • Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents à Montréal et en Outaouais.
    • Aisance avec les outils numériques (CRM, présentations, vidéoconférence).
