Who we are
Trillium Hatchery is a commercial hatchery based in Stratford Ontario. We are a small team looking to add a bookkeeper who will grow with the company.


Duties

  • Payroll for 45+ employees
  • Accounts receivable, including daily invoices
  • Accounts payable
  • Controlling benefits
  • Bank deposits
  • Administrative paperwork related to logistics/pre shippingcoordinate with Transportation Manager
  • Filing
  • Report to Management sales and egg supplies
  • Monitor and implement process for disease control and zones
  • Hatch analyses, to predict yield of chicks
  • Data entry support

Qualifications

  • Experience with bookkeeping (2 years min), preferably Quickbooks online
  • Relevant education an asset

Compensation

  • Wage based on Experience
