Description
Help members and employers by providing them with group insurance and pension information in a timely and accurate manner using online services.
Able to investigate and solve member health, vision, dental, disability and death claim issues.- Support agents with their individual client's investments and insurance administration issues.
Required skills:the ability to use a Windows PC with Microsoft Word and Excel. **Additional skills that are helpful are experience with Contact Relationship Management software and Adobe Acrobat Standard software.
- You must be able to work in a fastpaced, wellestablished teamoriented office environment reporting to the Customer Service supervisor. Other assigned duties as specified or requested.
- The work schedule is
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch. There is no overtime and no sales work. - Preference will be given to applicants who hold or have previously held a
Manitoba Life Insurance License and/or
Mutual Fund License. Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
