Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and coordinating service requests. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the WIP
- Monitor the progress of service requests and ensure timely completion using Monitors at the shop
- Provide quotes for any job to customers, and follow up
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts
- Assist with proofreading documents, including invoices, reports, and correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Follow up with the AR list
- Manage timecards
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
