Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and coordinating service requests. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the WIP
  • Monitor the progress of service requests and ensure timely completion using Monitors at the shop
  • Provide quotes for any job to customers, and follow up
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and address any concerns or questions
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts
  • Assist with proofreading documents, including invoices, reports, and correspondence
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Follow up with the AR list
  • Manage timecards

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
